While She was making me do the three candle treatment, she said that the two chakras which get very badly affected because of a tantric attack are left Muladhara and left Swadisthana. So, She said that the best way to clear both these chakras are by sitting on the ground, Mother Earth, and putting left hand towards Shri Mataji's photograph, right hand on the ground, attention on left Muladhara, recitation of Shri Ganesha Atharvashirsha.
Once, twice. And every time you do three candle, that's the way you have to do it. That means one candle in front of the left hand, left thumb, second candle behind your left Swadisthana. And of course, there is a diya in front of Shri Mataji or another candle in front of Shri Mataji. That is why it's called three candle. The third candle is in front of Shri Mataji because for the foreigners, they don't have a diya system. So, they have the third candle in front of Shri Mataji. Otherwise, it's just two candles.
