She said you are your own master. ... Nobody can stand above you and try to master you or to teach you anything.... You have to grow with your own learnings. So whatever is happening outside by these forces that have taken over ever since Shri Mataji left us, they are trying to destroy the essence of Sahaja yoga.
What She taught us in the early years because I remember those early years when I was with Her, she always had this in mind that this is going to happen. She has predicted this. But they have to be careful that if anybody plays with the essence of sahaja yoga like the way they are doing they will be destroyed and they will not even know when it happens.
So at the end of the day Sahaja yoga will survive. Shri Mataji's vision will survive because there are people who are meditating. There are people who are very deep, who are spreading Sahaja yoga the way Shri Mataji wanted them to.
They may not have the support of everybody but they are doing it earnestly and with full confidence and with full vibrations and with full conviction. Their responsibilities they are doing very well. Shri Mataji knew there were 1,000 people. If they are there, her work is done. She must have given realization to millions.
But She said, "I need only 1,000 people to spread my work." ... "I just need real 1,000 yogis and my work is done." In one of her speeches, she has said that. You'll have to look for it. I have heard Her say it of course in front of me many times and She's also said that 90% of the people are trying to be Sahaja yogis. They are not Sahaja yogis.
To be a Sahaj yogi you have to be among those 1,000 that She has predicted.

The reason why you take bandhan is because you are catching the thoughts of other people. So you're protecting yourself from those thoughts. And that essentially thoughts travel in an electromagnetic field. So, they're not even in your head. It's an electromagnetic field that sort of is around your head.
